What does owning a phone have to do with darkrp?  lol  We have SMS, so why not give players the ability to directly call?  Also could allow us to change the advert system in ways if we wanted.

No offense, but it was made specifically for DarkRP. Not that it can't be used for other gamemodes, It just gives off too much of a DarkRP theme to it. It's up to you guys to decide whether it gets implemented or not.
