Some mayor things

Simple rule changes and some other small things that the mayor should be able to do and have.
1. The mayor should, as I have tried to push for before on other community... be allowed to own at least a pistol. That, or spawn with one. The reason for this is that the CG are busy and aren't always around the mayor. And this is rather often. The mayor could get on and have no CG to protect him at all. If this was implemented, it would making taking the mayor hostage a little harder and would make players plan a little more when thinking of doing so. It also means the mayor is less likely to get RDM'd and the whole "rdm" situation can be turned into an RP situation if the current player who is mayor is good enough at roleplay to do so. Overall, this would take stress off of CG a little bit and make being mayor a little less troublesome.
2. Either A, make a law tab in the F4 menu, or B, give the mayor some type of law board to post laws that he wants. Things like curfew, maybe taxes or payouts to get into places... tolls. Just something instead of going by memory or buying little signs that are often passed up due to lack of presentation and simple looks.
3. This is kinda of an "eh" situation. Give the mayor the ability to change the CG's loadouts.... that or make it so he can purchase "slandered issue weapons" like pistols from a mayor menu in f4... it will automatically give the weapon to the CG, no middle man.
4. Allow the mayor to set tax rates. Of course, add a cap and limit what he can do in terms of taxes. Nothing below 15% and nothing higher than 80%. That way, players are more inclined to go fishing and making money. It will encourage more crime RP too. You don't even have to put the limits in though. Its whatever is decided on.
