Coast Guard Voice Radio.

It would be nice if Coast Guards were able to communicate with each other using a radio with their voice instead of typing.

Well the Mayor and CGC automatically have this ability. Anything you say in either job in voice will automatically broadcast to all of them. I will look into adding normal CG to the radio.
