Well, whenever I grow plants on the server, I use a simple design. It's a little room prop with a door on it and then handle all the 'bidness' inside of the room. I decided to expand it a little and then I went gun dealer and needed a little shop with a unique idea so I thought of the Drop Shop. Basically you go up and down stairs to get inside instead of your normal door-in-the-wall sorta deal. Honestly, I think it turned out pretty well and the functionality is pretty good. I will not be making this a public dupe. :P
