Adding an "Accepted" tab to the Suggestions section

As the title suggests, adding an "Accepted" tab to the Suggestions section- Basically where you can put suggestions that you are going to do but haven't done yet. That way the suggestions section doesn't get cluttered with suggestions you're going to do.

I agree to this form of organization.  We already have a sub section for compleated requests, it just need some attention for us admins to filter throigh the posts. We will help keep this section of the forums clean and organized.
