Boi, second video is on pilot error.  You landed, shut the heli down partially and locked it.  Then got in and didn't check the engine and flew away with the engine shutting down.

Ouch, seems you are having some bad luck! First video captures the prop pusher taking you out in Red Harbor (will be looking into who that was). 2nd video was explained by Bish, seems the helicopter's engine was shutting down before take off.

We can definitely refund you for the first package, totally unacceptable behavior on their part. However, I'd only be willing to refund half of the second package considering the possibility of user error.

$20,000 - Delivering the package to Red Harbor
$7,500 - Ruined package at Blue Harbor (half value)
$27,500 - Total refund

Your piloting skills are impressive and the videos were very helpful on verifying what went wrong. Thank you for posting!
