Although I haven't known Hector for a long time, it seems he's somewhat trustworthy. I in a way support this application in a sense that he could have some good potential.
He is a decent builder, and seems most of the time positive. I have yet to see any negative, or bad behavior. As of right now, I think he's alright.

I'm going to take my time in evaluating how trustworthy he really is. In time I will have a conclusion.
