I also think i would be a good trusted because I am able to solve fights or problems with players and i'm great with communicating .

*UPDATE* Andrew Has gotten better, This is a **unbiased opinion on my part!** Andrew has rough spots and is a little rusty in areas but all in all as soon as he gets more active, more experienced, i think he will be good to go.
