Good afternoon Chernov. I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble regarding out donation and registration system. I am going to work with you to try and resolve your issue to the best of my ability.
Regarding the registration, are you sure you registered on the website and went onto the server and did "!reward" in chat?
Regarding the donation, are you sure you completed the transaction completely?

Thank you for your quick response Phil, I do think I have completed the transaction because in the profile menu its states that I have donated said amount that I put in, however I did not get the items I donated for.
