First things first, everyone who is interested in doing this needs to put [HRP] into their name so we can try and get more people on the server.  The more people, the more fun this will be.

Ok, so the idea is to have a cult.  I and the admins will be the cult leaders.  The cult name is "The Cult of Meat".  The cult is built around the premise of praising and worshiping raw flesh and cannibalism.

To start the event I will be getting on this weekend and setting up the basics and do the "Recruiting" phase and I will appoint the leaders and do an in person layout of the cults fundamentals and main goal.  I will also explain how players should act if they are to take the side of the cult. 

This event will only be active when admins that are willing to take part are on and are allowing it.   However, you can RP that you are in it, but you cannot do things outside of the posted main rules of the server.  This meaning, when the event is active with proper and willing staff on, certain rules will be allowed to be bent to a degree to allow for a more fitting experience.  This will be explained better whenever the event starts this weekend.

I am hoping we can get plenty of players on to enjoy what is possible to come from this.

I have come up with an idea to get popularity up to start with before the event I have planned.

Everyone who is interested in the event, please put [HRP] in your steam name.  Take a screenshot and keep the tag in your profile for about two weeks. 

The RP scenario will be of a cult.  Rising in power.  I will start the RP soon and will lay out details on a post made to officially start the event.

Good to see the application. Like Nick said, all my interactions and views of you are mostly good, with the exception of that issue a few days ago where I had to issue you a 30 minute ban for something you knew better than to do. But I do believe that you will learn from it and don't think that it should be used as a disqualifying thing.

Keep up in the servers and lets see if we can get that rank changed anytime soon yeah?

If I knew the context, I would be able to understand what was going on. However, if I am correct, I'm pretty sure it was during the time Rick Fisher was causing some trouble. Everyone can lose their cool sometimes. Especially during situations like that.

Keeping yourself calm and assertive even in the most difficult times with the most troublesome players is the perfect definition of being trusted or any other staff positions.
It comes with experience. And experience can only be build up if one was given the chance obviously. And everyone makes mistakes as times.
If he can prove himself to not lose his shit again even if he is under the pressure of difficult people, I can grand him my support. But for now, I can't.
