Lets try this please... PLEASE.  Weather is amazing and it might work well with HRP.

We already have a modified version of the latest version of Atmos. Atmos also has weather abilities, but I have it all disabled.

It is very unlikely we will implement this due to us liking Atmos and seeing no reason to change it.

Well, then you should like... add in affects... and add in that sweet sweet texture changer so we can see snow n things.
