Title: FIN TOOL!

The fin tool can be used  for propulsion (wheel based boats) and steering, but can also be set as a wing to make fliers! Since we can buy helicopters or boats, but also have the option to build one, I think we should give it a try:

I tried it already and it's awesome, since all you need is a thruster.

They said flying prop boats aren't allowed due to trolling. But the idea of the boats is a good idea. +HalfSupport.

If we were to add this addon, we would disable all possibility of using it to fly. We do not allow flying props as the airspace is restricted to Dockmaster vehicles only.
