I noticed both the lamp tool and the light tool are blacklisted, which I think is unjust as they were allowed a few years ago with a limit of 3-4. It's incredibly difficult to navigate at night, as shown here:

We have purchasable lights in the F4 Menu.

Just purchase them the ones from F4.  The lamp tool creates too much lag.  Also, they were usable... back in like 2011 maybe 2012?
