Make it so that you can't have more than 1 gun dealer per base. And 1 black market dealer per base....
You can however, 1BMD and 1GunDealer in the same base. Just not two of the same class. It makes it so other players can't be the class and restricts players from having more shops.
It's sort of annoying that you can corner the market by simply controlling both jobs.
