Rule change/Rewording.

The rule that has to do with speeds of prop boats... You know the one if you read the rules.

We all know the airboat is pretty slow, and limiting players prop boat speed to the airboat speed is rather tedious and can pull away from the fun of having a prop boat.

My suggestion is to change the wording of the rule from

"Do not add ridiculously fast thrusters to prop boats, keep thrusters at a realistic speed (Should not go faster than an airboat)."  TO

"Do not add ridiculously fast thrusters to prop boats, keep thrusters at a realistic speed (Should not go faster than a yacht)."

This will make boat building a little easier in terms of specifications and will allow more wriggle room for admins and players alike.

That two

Simply put, I agree. The rules are a bit flat-line and have very little wiggle room, and could use a bit of tweaking and simplification.
