It looks like the donation did not come up on our donation panel. If you did indeed donate, it will show up on our PayPal control panel. I am going to wait for Billy's reply confirming or denying your donation. If he confirms, I will go ahead and apply the perks that you purchased to your Steam ID of STEAM_0:1:27479595
