The Strider
« on: April 07, 2017, 12:23:43 pm »
This is the strider, based off of a tour boat but given a few twists to suit daily activities around the harbor. My original goal with the strider was to create a boat to top all that had room for many and was also able to carry other boats while looking semi-realistic.

Stats
Three rear 2250 force thrusters.
Can carry helicopters safely up to a huey in size.
Room for 10+ seats on just the second floor.
The third floor can hold 4-6 peoples gear/loot depending on setup.
The fourth floor can be used as a helipad or captains deck.
Retains the slight bounce of traveling on open water without endangering vehicle or passenger.
Room to tow 2-3 boats within the first floor.
Uses a split hull and rear beams to stay buoyant.
Consists of 78 props all from the builder tab.
Tools used were(in no order) Precision, Multiparent, Nocollide.

How do I get it
I won't be posting any dupes for the sake of the server, this was mainly to show the original build concept of being able to carry other vehicles onboard/a different take on buoyancy.
Also with the above being said I don't recommend replicating this in full scale.
No it's not for sale.

11/16/17 Images are broken for some reason, despite them using the same link the full ones actually work.

Thanks, I don't take it out much though purely because of lag.

I remember doing the first build with you. Not sure if this is that, or a slightly more modified version. Still really cool tho.
